We will take all reasonable care in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our web site

 

LOSS OR DAMAGE

 

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us within 3 days in writing.

 

Please keep any damaged products with all the original packaging as they may need to be returned to us at our cost

 

 

RETURNS

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the despatch date with its original packaging labels and any information, providing it has not been used.

However no refund can be given on earrings for hygiene reasons

 

Any items supplied at your request that are not faulty will have to be returned at the customer’s expense.

 

If the product becomes faulty within 14 days of purchase we will replace or refund it.

This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse

 

Where a manufacturers guarantee is given this is additional to our guarantee

Nothing in the above guarantee affects you legal rights.

DELIVERIES

 

Deliveries will normally be made within 5 working days if products are in stock, from order date.

 

Delivery charges are for UK mainland. (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands)

 

Please e-mail for delivery charges on specific items if delivery is outside mainland UK. 

 

 Deliveries will be with a reliable Carrier or Royal mail and include insurance. Parcels will need to be signed for

 

Please make sure your address and post code are accurate, inaccurate addresses can cause delays and lead to extra charges for you.
